Milwaukee has historically been called the "Machine Shop of the World". The City earned this title many years ago for its manufacturing prowess. If you wanted something built well, and done right, you had your advanced machine work done right here. We called upon the Machine Shop of the World with DarkSeraph. Made with pride.
But that's not all. The modern concept of a typewriter, and the associated QWERTY keyboard layout, was invented by Milwaukee inventor Christopher Latham Sholes. His workshop is less than a mile from our office.

We sit down with you and listen to your needs, wants, and workflow, ultimately speccing out a machine that performs exactly the way you want. A bespoke keyboard is functional artwork. It should feel like it. That's our famous, "black glove experience".

1:1 Conversations and Builds
No configurator. No dropdowns. We sit down with you, learn how you work (and play), what you run, what you need, and build around that. Your machine is designed for you.
Warranty and Support
Even when your warranty expires, we're here to answer your questions and provide email and phone support for your keyboard for the lifetime of the machine.
Flat Build Fee
Whether you need a keyboard for work or play, we charge the price of parts, plus $150-200 for assembly, warranty and support (noted price variance dependent on hotswap or solder builds).
No markup on parts. Period.
Accountability and Transparency
We're a local shop with a name on the door. You know who built your machine and where to find us. That accountability is baked into everything we do. Every part's name and price is listed on our invoices, so you know exactly what you're buying. Every time.
